Laurie Eddy

Laurie has been involved in the Real Estate Industry since 1996, commencing his employment as a Property Manager in charge of a portfolio of well over 500 properties. It is this experience that has held him in good stead to be conversant with not only the Sale Of Land Act but also the Residential Tenancies Act, a very valuable asset when considering buying your first or next investment property. In May 2003, Laurie successfully obtained his full Estate Agents Licence, at which time he became a director of First National Real Estate Latrobe. In recent times, Laurie has been elevated to Managing Director of the agency and, along with Colin Gooding, will strive and endeavour to continue to uphold the high standards of morals and ethics held by the agency. One of the greatest joys Laurie has is the continued growth of the company and subsequent employment opportunities offered to very loyal staff, numbering over 20 now. Born and raised in Traralgon, Laurie has vast local knowledge and through his participation over the years in several sporting clubs, has helped a great many people re-establish or re-locate. Colin Gooding

Colin began his real estate career in 2001 and became a licensed Estate Agent and director in 2002. Today his expertise and knowledge at First National Real Estate Latrobe is highly respected. A further testament to his proven real estate success is the consistent repeat business that he continues to grow year after year.
